hello my chocolate chippies!! here's a little guide on how to take care of ur skin in simple steps for u. first, i need to dispute some misconceptions tho :)
disputing misconceptions abt skincare routines
no, you do not need a 12 step korean skincare routine that involves doing a face mask every single day (i know, i know, the photo but it was aesthetic okay). honestly, that will actually ruin your skin so please please pleaseee don't follow those type of routines.
the motto with skincare is less is more. in other words, keep it simple when it comes to r skincare routine
finding what's best for u <3
the one very vital step in taking care of your skin is finding out what your skin type is. this is very important because if you have sensitive skin but you are using the type of products for normal skin then there's definitely a problem there and can cause you to break out. so if u are constantly breaking out, make sure ur using the right products for ur skin type.

once u test and find ur skin type, if you haven't already, buy some products that are suited for ur skin! you can also go one step farther and find some tips for ur skin type
staying consistent
now that u have ur skincare routine, make sure ur staying consistent with it!!! do it every day even if u are exhausted and lazy and just want to go to sleep, do it!!! and always remember to take off ur makeup before bed bc it can cause acne and blackheads as well as clog up ur pores.

im sure you've seen the trend "eat ur skincare". first of all, you don't need to do some elaborate thing but there are certain foods that can help ur skin (and many other things, which keeps ur overall body healthy. yayyy!)

pimples / acne
use an acne map. it really helps. i'll put one below. basically, if you have acne on your cheek, you can match it up to the map and be like "oh! it means i have a dirty pillow and phone!" and then u can clean them and yea u get the gist.
i just came upon this, but apparently there's also an acne healing map???? so you can also match up where it is to what u should do to heal it.

if you just have one annoying pimple that won't go away, my tip is to put tea tree oil over it. it always works in my experience.
